This yoga class is designed for all levels of yogis, including beginners. Enjoy the benefits of slow flow yoga movement and long periods of stretching during this one-hour Yin Yang class. We will work on balance, breathing, strength, and flexibility to promote a healthy life. Instructed by certified yoga instructor Courtney Train.
Instructor Courtney Train, LMSW, is a certified yoga instructor with 250 hours of training through A Work In Progress Yoga Studio in Salina. As a therapist, Courtney believes yoga is a powerful tool to heal and improve one's relationship with their inner and outer worlds. Courtney teaches yoga to share its gifts of mindfulness, self-exploration, acceptance, and peace.
