Event Details
Build a strong foundation in body awareness by allowing yourself to explore your own personal experience of yoga through inner focus. Creative hatha mixed with multiple movement modalities make this course great for beginning to intermediate levels. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat to class. Instructed by certified yoga instructor Melanie Back.
Summer Series 2 runs from June 28- August 23; there is no class on Mondays, July 19 & 26, and August 2.
Instructor Melanie Back began her study of yoga through the library and is now one of our most beloved library instructors. She is a certified 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. She received her certification at the Shambhava School of Yoga in Rollinsville, Colo.
