Build a strong foundation in body awareness by allowing yourself to explore your own personal experience of yoga through inner focus. Creative Hatha mixed with multiple movement modalities make this course great for beginning to intermediate levels. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat to this virtual class.
Instructor Melanie Back began her study of yoga through the library's yoga classes. Her journey led her to the Shambhava School of Yoga in Rollinsville, Colo. where she received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification along with certifications in Vinyasa Flow and Yoga for healing. She has recently completed courses with Jason Crandell and Yoga Detour.
