Are you looking for lower-impact yoga? In this online weekly course, Melanie Back will teach you how you can breathe properly, stretch, strengthen and twist, all while seated. Not just for seniors, these yoga moves can also be used to relax and rejuvenate during the busy workday. Instructed by certified yoga instructor Melanie Back.
Summer Series 1 runs from May 11-June 22; there is no class on Tuesday, June 1.
Instructor Melanie Back began her study of yoga through the library and is now one of our most beloved library instructors. She is a certified 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. She received her certification at the Shambhava School of Yoga in Rollinsville, Colo.
