Build a strong foundation in body awareness by allowing yourself to explore your own personal experience of yoga through inner focus. Creative Hatha mixed with multiple movement modalities make this course great for beginners to intermediate levels. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat to this class. Instructed by certified yoga instructor Melanie Back. 

Instructor Melanie Back began her study of yoga through the library. Her journey led her to the Shambhava School of Yoga in Rollinsville, Colo. where she received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification along with certifications in Vinyasa Flow and Yoga for healing. Since then she has completed courses with Jason Crandell and Yoga Detour recently.
