Program Description
Event Details
These Take and Make style kits give preschool children and their parents the chance to cook and read stories together. We provide the books, ingredients and cooking instructions. This program encourages parent-child interaction by combining literacy with hands-on cooking activities. **Please note, 1 kit per family. There will be enough snack materials for multiple kids and this allows another family to get a copy of the book.**
Registration Required and opens a week prior to the event. A new kit is available each month and will be available for pickup the Tuesday of the event from the library’s north lobby.
