Event Details

The Choose Health: Food, Fun, and Fitness (CHFFF) class teaches healthy behaviors related to food and physical activity.  Kids will come and learn tips for making healthy choices and then be able to go home and teach their families!  Each class includes nutrition education, fun active games, and a recipe demo and taste test. This is a 6-week class and signing up for the 1st class enrolls you into the following 5 courses.
