Math Monday is designed to get elementary school kids fired up about math. Every week of this 8 week session, kids get to build stuff, run and jump, make a mess… and make friendships at the same time.

Join Ms. Adriana at the Rolling Hills Zoo for storytime at Hideaway Hollow in the Wildlife Museum! Together, toddlers will connect with nature, wildlife and each other.

Ever wondered how when you flip a switch in your house the lights turn on? Come join us in learning about circuits, how they work, and create different types of circuits!

Lift your imagination off the page with the 3Doodler 3D pen. Participants will create fun summer objects to take home.

Have you ever wanted to try all of the different flavors of your favorite chips? Or sip on a soda that tastes like cake? Well now you can!

Come join us and explore Minecraft with new friends. We run a custom Minecraft server that is played in Survival mode, you can also play Creative mode if you prefer.

Do you like to solve puzzles? Then come join us and work with a team to solve different puzzles or tasks and see if you can break out before time is up!

Come join us and learn the basics of coding and try out some code.org games.

Join us to learn how to use a Sphero and how to navigate it. Then see if you can navigate it through an obstacle course.

Kick off the summer with carnival games, face painting, and more. Fun for the whole family! Hot dogs and chips provided, first come first served. Find us in Caldwell Plaza on the lawn of the library.

Would you like to learn to run a robot? Come join us in learning about a Sphero Bolt and how to drive it. By the end of the week, we will be using block coding to give the Bolt directions. 

Salina Public Library, in partnership with St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church, will provide free grab-and-go lunches this summer. Pickup will begin May 28th and run through August 2nd. Priority will be given to youth ages 0-18.
