The north doors of the library are opened by 6:45 a.m. prior to the board meeting.  Board meetings are held in the Prescott Room unless noted otherwise on the board agenda. 

Help prevent the summer slide. Participants will work with a licensed teacher in Math and Reading. Learning is individualized and our teacher will assist with questions. Registration allows access to that week's Monday-Thursday morning sessions.

Join us for this active storytime that combines great stories and movement. Dance Storytime is hosted by Tamara Howe School of Dance. 

Salina Public Library, in partnership with St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church, will provide free grab-and-go lunches this summer. Pickup will begin May 28th and run through August 2nd. Priority will be given to youth ages 0-18.

Get dedicated assistance from Salina Public Library Technology Staff regarding your technology needs. Please make sure to bring necessary device(s) and logins/passwords to your appointment.

Have you ever wondered what it takes to make a working, programmable robot? Well, join us in Robotics Club and learn how to build a robot and program it to do different tasks. This club meets 6 times for 2 weeks.

Inspire your kiddos to make art this summer and join us live! Creativebug's Courtney Cerruti and her 8 year-old pal, Sophie will spend the hour exploring materials to make stamps, make marks with your hands, draw self portraits and more.

Come out and join us to go on an adventure playing Prodigy. Prodigy offers a fun interactive game involving math skills to accomplish tasks and goals.
