This yoga pop-up for 14–17 year olds introduces you to the foundations of yoga: how to calm your nervous system through breath, sharpen your focus with clear intention, and build real strength through purposeful movement. It’s practical, powerful, and designed to give you tools you can actually use, not just on the mat but in school, in sport, and in life!
This class will be taught by a yoga instructor from A Work in Progress: Yoga Studio.
