Event Details

Come use your five senses to learn about Kernza, a perennial grain and distant cousin of annual wheat.  Lydia Nicholson, Research Technician and Educational Designer from The Land Institute, will help us learn about and experience how Kernza can feed us and also help protect the Earth.  

This program is part of the Salina Reads series.
