Step back in time with a family-friendly historical reenactment program celebrating the life of Thomas White, one of Salina's earliest settlers. Learn about his journey from Kentucky to Kansas in 1858, his role as a buffalo hunter on the vast Kansas plains, and his legacy as a farmer on the land that is now Lakewood Park. Through interactive storytelling presented by the talented Mark Anderson as Thomas White, families can experience the challenges and triumphs of pioneer life in 19th-century Kansas.
