Happy Bear is an audience-interactive, active-learning program presented by Child Advocacy and Parenting Services (CAPS). The program is designed to teach children ages 4-8 about inappropriate touching in a developmentally appropriate way and give them the tools to say “no”, walk away, and tell someone if they get a touch that makes them feel mad, sad, or scared.
