Program Description

Event Details

A tombstone can tell you a great deal about your family members. We’ll look at the types of information you can expect to find in a cemetery. What clues do the icons found on the tombstones provide? We’ll take a look at records supporting tombstone research. And we’ll dig into restoration, care, and replacement of these treasured stones.

Sue will present over Zoom; this program will not be recorded. If you need a Zoom link, please email Ben Johnson at programs.ben@salinapublic.org

Sue grew up in Eastern Nebraska. She has over 30 years of genealogy research experience. Her expertise is in Midwestern research with an emphasis in German, Swedish, and Homestead records.
Sue is a genealogist, speaker, teacher and coach with Pursuing Your Past research services.
