Willkie Sprint

by Kerry Hellmuth

In 1987, four young women at Indiana University formed an underdog team, Willkie Sprint, and defied expectations by winning the first-ever women’s Little 500 bicycle race. Kerry Hellmuth recounts their journey of friendship, personal growth, and victory, honoring the pioneering women who paved the way and celebrating the team’s historic, inspiring triumph.

Join us in the Campbell Room to discuss this month's title.  Attendance is free and registration is required.

Can’t make it in person?  You can also attend via Zoom!  A link will be sent to all participants the day of the meeting so you can choose what works best for you.

A limited number of copies of each title are available for checkout.
