Are you looking for lower-impact yoga? In this weekly course, Melanie Back will teach you how you can breathe properly, stretch, strengthen and twist, all while seated. Not just for seniors, these yoga moves can also be used to relax and rejuvenate during a busy workday. Instructed by certified yoga instructor Melanie Back.
Instructor Melanie Back began her study of yoga through the library. Her journey led her to the Shambhava School of Yoga in Rollinsville, Colo. where she received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification along with certifications in vinyasa Flow and Yoga for healing. Since then she has completed courses with Jason Crandell and Yoga Detour recently.
