Tissue paper can be used for far more than just wrapping gifts around the holidays, it can also be used to create some gorgeous crafts and decor! For this Tissue Paper PomPom Take and Make, Courtney Cerruti will teach you how to take some tissue paper, floral wire, and construction paper and turn them into a gorgeous flower!
