Notebooks can be bought almost anywhere, but nothing compares to having made your own! This take and make craft takes you through the steps of how to fold, cut, and stitch together your own personal pamphlet notebook!

Chair Yoga is now a drop-in class with no registration required. The class is still free, with no fee required to attend. There is a max capacity for the class of 15 spots each week.
