Join Ms Heather for a Storytime designed to meet the early literacy needs of children ages 18-36 months. Children and their caregivers will enjoy stories, rhymes, songs and play.
Salina Public Library, in partnership with St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church, will provide free grab-and-go lunches this summer. Pickup will begin May 28th and run through August 2nd. Priority will be given to youth ages 0-18.
Let your inner poet shine by creating some magnetic poetry! This program gives you the chance to explore your creative side by arranging magnetic word tiles into unique and expressive poems!

Filming and Photography Policy
The Salina Public Library is permitted to take photographs and video footage of people of all ages at the library and Library sponsored events for publicity. Anyone who does not wish to be photographed or filmed may opt-out by notifying Library staff. Names of patrons will not be used in publicity without consent.A bi-weekly writers' group that will meet to read and critique each other’s fiction writing. Anyone is welcome to bring their work and discuss it with other writers in the community!
